Introduction
Sixth Sense Group LLC (Registration No. L 23140), Jessups Estate, P.O. Box 590, Nevis ("Sixth Sense," "we," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data in compliance with the Nevis Data Protection Act (2023). By using our services, you agree to the practices described herein
Data Collection
We collect the following personal data when you use our services:
- Identifiers: Name, surname, and email address.
- Demographics: Age, city, and country of residence.
- Health Information: Physical, emotional, and mental health symptoms voluntarily disclosed during sessions.
- Multimedia Content: Photos, videos, and messages shared during Previews (formerly Demonstrations) and Activations.
- Technical Data: IP address, device information, browser type, truncated IP addresses, pages visited, and user interactions collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.
Google SSO:
You may choose to register or log in to Sixth Sense using your Google account (Google SSO). If you select this option, we only access the minimum information necessary for authentication, such as your name and email address, as provided by Google's SSO permissions.
Google Calendar and Contacts Access:
With your explicit approval, we may request access to your Google Calendar and Contacts after you register or activate your account. This access is voluntary and limited to the following:
- Contacts: If you grant permission, we will access only contact names and email addresses for the sole purpose of sending your contacts invitations for free Preview sessions (detailed in Section 3).
- Calendar: If authorized, your calendar will be read and written exclusively for scheduling Sixth Sense sessions and daily harmonizations.
PayPal Account Information:
If you choose to link your PayPal account, we collect only the account information necessary to process commission payments. This is handled securely and strictly for payment purposes.
Use of Data
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- To process and manage bookings for Previews and Activations.
- To send session confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To analyze service usage patterns and improve offerings.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
Use of Google Calendar:
If you grant us access to your calendar, we use it in two key ways:
- To schedule session alerts and reminders, helping you attend sessions on time.
- To schedule daily harmonizations automatically each day after your Activation for 22 days (during your training period).
Use of Google Contacts:
If you authorize access to your Google contacts, we will:

Send up to six (6) free Preview invitations to your selected contacts after your Activation, and six (6) more after you complete the 22-day training.

Store the contacts' information for a maximum of 30 days to facilitate delivery of these invitations. After 30 days, the information is securely deleted from our systems and will not be retained or used for any other purpose.
- Contacts' details are used only to deliver the complimentary Previews you are offering to your network. These emails will indicate you as the referring user. We do NOT use contact data for any promotional activity beyond this, nor do we sell or share your contacts' information with third parties.
Use of PayPal Account Information:
Your PayPal details are used only to pay commissions earned and are not kept beyond what is required for this purpose.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS for all data transmission.
- Access Controls: Restricted access to authorized personnel.
- Audits: Regular security assessments.
- Secure Storage: Password-protected, firewall-secured servers.
Please note: No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
User Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data by emailing privacy@sixthsense.energy
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request erasure of your data (other than legally required records), either by emailing or using the “Delete Account” option.
- Cookie Preferences: Manage your cookie preferences at any time through our cookie consent banner or your browser settings.
Revoking Google Access:
You may revoke our access to your Google Calendar or Contacts via your settings at any time, or by emailing privacy@sixthsense.energy. Upon revocation, we immediately cease processing and delete any data obtained under those permissions, except as otherwise required by law.
Unlinking PayPal:
You may unlink your PayPal account at any time in your account settings or by contacting us, at which point we will no longer process commission payments to that PayPal account.
Account Deletion by the User
You may permanently delete your account at any time by accessing your user menu and selecting "Delete Account." All associated data, including session history and profile information, will be removed except for records retained pursuant to legal obligations (e.g., financial transactions).
We respond to requests within 30 days.
Sharing Data With Third Parties
We only share data as necessary for service provision:
- Payment Processors: PayPal, Stripe, and cryptocurrency providers.
- Cloud Services: AWS, Cloudflare.
- Legal Compliance: Authorities as required by law.
Google Contacts Data:
Contact information retrieved from your Google account is NOT exchanged with third parties outside the technical requirements of sending invitation emails. We do not sell, rent, or trade contacts' details.
PayPal Account Data:
Shared exclusively with PayPal for payment processing.
Data Retention
- Session Data: Retained for 3 years post-session.
- Financial Records: Retained for 7 years (per Nevis tax law).
- User Accounts: Inactive accounts purged after 2 years of inactivity.
- PayPal Info: Retained as long as payments are being made or as required for audits.
- Contacts: Stored for a maximum of 30 days only to facilitate delivery of your 12 Preview invitations, then permanently deleted.
- Analytics Data: Retained according to Google Analytics and Meta default retention policies.
Cookies, Google Analytics, and Marketing
We use cookies and similar technologies to personalize your experience and improve our website. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the basic operation of the platform (such as login and security), while others are optional and used for analytics and marketing purposes.
Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): This tool collects information about how users interact with our site, including pages visited, device type, browser, and truncated IP address. With your consent, GA4 may associate this information with user-provided data (such as email address) to improve conversion attribution and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel: This technology allows us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and deliver personalized ads on Meta platforms. Data collected includes visited pages, purchase events, and actions taken within the site. This data is processed in an aggregated manner and cannot identify an individual without their consent.

Before placing non-essential cookies (analytics or marketing), we request your consent through a banner on the site. You can accept or reject these cookies at any time, and your choice will be respected. You may also disable or delete cookies through your browser settings.
