  • Multimedia Content: Photos, videos, and messages shared during Previews (formerly Demonstrations) and Activations.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device information, and browser type collected automatically via cookies.

Use of Data

  • To process and manage bookings for Previews and Activations.
  • To send session confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • To analyze service usage patterns and improve offerings.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

Account Deletion by the User

When logged in, you may permanently delete your account at any time by clicking on the user icon and selecting the “Delete Account” option from the displayed menu. Upon confirmation, your account and all associated personal information will be permanently deleted from our systems, except for data that we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax compliance). This action is irreversible and all your personal data, including session history, multimedia content, and profile information, will be permanently removed.

Submit requests via email or use the self-service option as described above. We will respond to email requests within 30 days.

Sharing Data With Third Parties

We only share data with trusted third parties necessary for service provision:

  • Payment Processors: PayPal, Stripe, and cryptocurrency platforms to complete transactions.
  • Cloud Providers: AWS and Cloudflare for secure data storage and transmission.
  • Legal Compliance: Disclosure to authorities if required by law.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to external organizations.

Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Session Data: Health symptoms and multimedia content retained for 3 years post-session.
  • Financial Records: Transaction details retained for 7 years as required by Nevis tax laws.
  • User Accounts: Inactive accounts deleted after 2 years of dormancy.

Data is securely anonymized or destroyed after retention periods expire.
